When you go to an Aetna PPO Provider (and meet any age, risk or frequency rules):

  • Mammogram

    • Age 35 and older: 1 per calendar year
    • Under age 35 and at high risk for breast cancer: 1 per calendar year

  • Colonoscopy

    • 1 every 10 years

  • Pap smear

    • Every year at all ages

  • Wellness exams

  • Flu shot & certain vaccines

  • Certain other health screenings
